Below are the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution, or as they are referred to, The Bill of Rights.
Those are:
- Freedom of religion, speech, press, and assembly. Also, the right to petition the government.
- Right to bear arms.
- Troops may not be quartered in homes in peacetime.
- No unreasonable searches or seizures.
- Numerous protections against court action including
- Grand jury indictment required for serious crimes.
- No ‘Double Jeopardy’.
- A person cannot be forced to testify against themselves.
- No loss of life, liberty, or property without due process.
- Right to a speedy, public, and impartial trial.
- Jury trials are required in civil suits where value exceeds $20.
- No excessive bail or fines and no cruel or unusual punishments.
- Rights not listed are not necessarily denied.
- Powers not given expressly to the United States or denied to the states themselves are reserved to the states.
Which of these 10 Amendments would you be willing to give up? If you are not willing to give up any then this challenge is for you.

The printing alone and special handling with the special color paper and backing and binding - is very expensive. Phil had to hae 40 copies for all the parties. The cost of the printing alone was shocking to me, many thousands before a single document was filed. Phil had to use a special printing company in DC familiar with the special requirements for Supreme Court filings. If it isnt done properly and the requirements are very exacting - out it goes.
So thanks a lot everyone. The costs have been mounting and your help has kept Phil afloat. If the court agrees to hear the case, Phill will have to get forensic document and computer graphics experts to demonstrate how the digital scanned layers are lifted and display the sister's name underneath embedded in the digital imprint. It's kinda Greek to me and that is the best way I can explain it for you.
On another note:
My friend in Cincinnati thinks McCain will win Ohio. All the sneak attacks and investigation in order to destroy Joe the Plumber's life have hurt Obama much more than anyone could have predicted. It shows he is just as corrupt as Bush in using sneak attacks by third parties. Despicable.
